Ingredients

  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 2 pepperjack slices
  • 2 cheddar slices
  • 2 provolone slices
  • 2 tbsp butter, room temperature

Instructions

  • Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread, then place in skillet over low-medium heat. Add one slice of cheddar, provolone, and pepperjack to one piece, then place other piece of bread on top (crispy side up). Continue to cook until cheese has melted and bread is browned.
  • Serve with warm tomato soup, if desired.
